2000 Contractors In Remodeling Excellence (CIRE) Award Winner

Each year, members of the Western Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry compete in the Contractors In Remodeling Excellence (CIRE) Awards competition. Participants in this awards program submit before and after photographs of exceptional projects that they have completed in the previous eighteen months. In addition to photographs, other supporting materials are submitted to industry judges including: homeowner and contractor goals; materials selected; blueprints, and; subcontractors and manufacturers involved in the completion of the job. David E. Ruffner Home Improvement was selected as a 2000 CIRE Award Winner for his workmanship on the project below.
